La Casa de Loto is a place dedicated to Meditation and Yoga situated in the amazing mountains of Colombia. We can provide you with cozy accommodation, meditation and yoga, Ayurvedic food and all kinds of massages and treatments. Thanks to our teachers, staff and a beautiful natural setting, you will have the perfect conditions to go well
inside, thanks to which you will free yourself from stress. Our space is very close to the city center of Guatapé and one hour from Medellin MDE / JMC International Airport. We can provide you with the airport and transport.
The focus of our programs is the Buddhist and Vedic practices of samatha meditation, vipassana meditation and yoga asanas – to relax and strengthen the mind and body. To give you greater self-awareness, we suggest you quiet down from 6pm to 8am every day. In order to be able to fully meet your needs and teach you real meditation, we work with groups of up to 8 guests per week.
Every Friday, guests from all over the world attend to our retreat and experience the peaceful and spiritual atmosphere of our surroundings.
