Peter Pulitzer was the man behind the idea of creating a hotel from 10 neighboring houses. Currently, Hotel Pulitzer consists of 25 buildings. The hotel is a breathtaking maze of stairs and open spaces. The walls are decorated with graphics and paintings representing the contemporary art trend from the hotel’s collection. The building is kept in subdued colors and accents referring to the past of Amsterdam.
