Description

On our jeep safari we will take you to remote villages, places where you will be able to see spectacular scenery and many other places on the east coast of Madeira. Go to places you wouldn’t have a single trip to, such as Ribeiro Frio and Pico do Arieiro. See traditional houses in Santana and visit Madeira’s first capital, Machico.

We start in Funchal from which we will go towards Poiso, then off road to Ribeiro Frio and Pico do Areeiro. Continuing to Faial and then uphill towards Santana. Then we will go to the “Cortado” restaurant for a meal. After lunch, we will go to Santana where it will be possible to buy a gift.

For the next part of the trip, we will drive to “Guindaste” to see the East Coast. Return to Funchal via Portela, Ribeira de Machico, Machico (Madeira’s first capital) Santa Cruz and off-road via Lamaceiros or Funduras and Ponta S. Lourenço to appreciate the Red Cliffs.
